Christmas Cocktails

Posted by Courtney Frye on

Last night I hosted my first, of two, Holiday Hand-Lettering classes and we had tons of fun!! I can't always guarantee you'll walk away with perfect penmanship but I can guarantee that a good time will be had by all and last night's festive Poinsettia Cocktail did not disappoint either!
Several people have inquired about the recipe from my insta stories so I thought I'd capture it here for all to enjoy! And as always, please remember to drink responsibly!
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Cointreau (or any other orange liquor)
3 ounces Cranberry Juice
Champagne - to top it off.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and some fresh cranberries.
Helpful Hints:
*No need to splurge on an expensive champagne. The cranberry and orange are the main features so any champagne will do!
*After washing and rinsing the fresh cranberries, I stuck them in the freeze so they'd keep the beverage chilled without watering it down.
*Prefer a non-alcoholic twist on this? Substitute the Cointreau or orange liquor with orange juice and champagne for ginger ale!
